It’s amazing how quickly a place can become like a home. I’ve only really worked at Radius for 3 months, but it feels like it’s been a lot longer. I guess that’s happens when you combine a great environment with incredible people.
I’ve learned so much from my internship at RadiusOnline. When I came into this office I knew little more about digital marketing than what I’d read online. Now I not only know what digital marketing is, but I’ve been a hands on participant in the process. During my internship I’ve helped write out the processes for all of the major departments in Radius, have helped brainstorm the development of a web app, and have entered a lot of words for SEO.
Working at RadiusOnline has already taught me more than I could have imagined. It will be difficult to take a two month break.
Right after finals I’ll be leaving Atlanta to go on a study abroad program in Eastern Europe to learn about social Entrepreneurship. I’ll get to spend 6 weeks traveling throughout Budapest, Prague, and Krakow.
I am so excited and thankful to have this incredible opportunity, but I know that I will miss my team here at RadiusOnline. When I return to work in July there will be a whole new batch of interns, and I will have changed over to a part time employee. It will be strange to see a new group take shape, but I am excited to help them get acclimated.
To any new interns who may be reading this post, welcome! You have become a part of one of the most awesome teams out there!
