Every team has its own culture and style, but what makes a great team is its ability to work together. At RadiusOnline, teamwork means more than just achieving a simple, commercial goal. We work together to solve challenges no matter how daunting. After only a short time, I am already a part of RadiusOnline. The team is a big family and everyone does their best to help the team as a whole.
Last week, we went to watch a baseball game together at Turner Field. This was my first baseball game in the US, so everything was new to me and I really enjoyed it. The Braves did their job, and didn’t let the Rockies score the entire game.
After the game we were planning to go to the bar together, but suddenly a rude man hit our friend’s car, and attempted to make a getaway. Luckily, due to the high volume of traffic he had to wait in the line of cars. All of our team members did what they could to give the driver what he deserved (well…we didn’t do anything illegal lol). We recorded the car’s license plates and found several witnesses. The police got the guy in no time.
What really impressed me is that no one thought this is none of his or her business. And once again, the team proved that they’re a unit, and could solve any problem that stands in our way.
Thank you RadiusOnline. I’ve learned a lot from you all, and I’ll do my best to return the favor. I’m really looking forward to the rest of this wonderful summer as a online marketing intern.
